The mantissa multiplier takes more hardware as compare to the exponent addition and even the

sign bit calculation of floating-point conversion.

To securely store a floating-point number, we use FFHE to encrypt it as ([[s']], [[s]], [[e]]), where s' [member of] {0,1} is the

sign bit of x, s is a k-bits number.

Sign bit of as [s.sub.7] for the seventh partial product

sign bit also resides inside the empty slot at the output block in proper digit level.

The temperature sensor in DS18B20 can complete the measurement of temperature, with 12 conversions as the case: provide binary code forms of reading extended with the use of 16 symbols, to express in 0.0625 degrees /LSB form, where S is the

sign bit. Use the 16 code forms to express, the first five bit of binary is the

sign bit, and 12-bit data is stored in DS18B20 RAM, and take different measures of the temperature conversion method on positive temperature and negative temperature.

We employed two methods to exploit the frequency sparsity in sampling the source signals: (1) random sampling of the sensor data and (2) deep quantization of sampled sensor data to the extent that only the

sign bit is retained [10, 11].

The output of arbiter, named with

sign bit, will be "1" when the feedback signal leads to the reference signal.

* To calculate the

sign bit, a reversible XOR gate is required.

As depicted in Figure 1, a floating-point number is encoded by three fields: the

sign bit s, the combination field G, and the trailing significand field.

In Split-Row Threshold decoding, the

sign bit calculated from partition Spi is passed to the Sp(i-1) and Sp(i+1) neighboring partitions to correctly calculate the global

sign bit according to the check node processing equations (2) and 3).

Adder1 and Adder2 are 25-b adders because the

sign bit and the implicit 1 are attached to the 23-b significand.

The complete expression of binary information encompasses eight bits, with one

sign bit and seven magnitude bits, (8) giving 256 possible combinations.

The typical digital temperature sensor IC represents temperature data using one

sign bit and eight magnitude bits with an LSB of 1[degrees]C and an MSB of 64[degrees]C.
