17 July 2019 - New York, US-based private equity firm High Road Capital Partners has completed the acquisition of Georgia, US-based Quality Standby Services, a provider of standby power service and hardware, the company said.
Quality Standby Services will be combined with portfolio companies Storage Battery Systems, LLC and Nolan Power Group, which High Road previously acquired.
