. The total protein content of splenic homogenates was determined by Coomassie staining (16,17) according to the manufacturer's instructions (Jiancheng Biotechnology Research Institute, China).
The right kidney was homogenized in 1:9 (w/v) physiological saline for 30 s by using the FJ-200 type high-speed tissue homogenizer (Shanghai Specimen and Model Factory, Shanghai, China) and then centrifuged at 850 xg at 0[degrees]C to 4[degrees]C for 10 min with the Labofuge 400R supercentrifuge
(Heraeus, Hanover, Germany).
