They come in two basic groups: Technical White Oils and Clarity White Oils USP.
Technical White Oils are highly refined paraffinic oils that meet FDA Regulation 21 CFR 178.3620(b) and are certified as USDA H1 lubricants for food processing applications where there may be incidental contact with food.
