unblock

To get around some form of access restriction. For example, governments may prohibit local Internet access from users in foreign countries or restrict access by its citizens to foreign websites. Video streaming services may block subscribers from using a proxy server or virtual private network (VPN). Mobile devices may restrict users from administrator-level access.
