One or more turns of wire forming a continuous coil for a transformer, relay, rotating machine, or other electric device.
A conductive path, usually of wire, that is inductively coupled to a magnetic storage core or cell.
(materials)
A material that is wound or coiled around a cylindrical object such as a mandrel.
