This lets young people choose what will make the area more exciting for them to live in,
Renfrewshire Council says.
Copies of the above byelaws are available for inspection during normal office hours at: the Customer Service Centre,
Renfrewshire House, Cotton Street, Paisley; Johnstone Town Hall, 25 Church Street, Johnstone; and at the public libraries within
Renfrewshire.
The controversial benefits system was rolled out across
Renfrewshire last year.
The effect of the designation of
Renfrewshire Council in terms of the Regulations is for
Renfrewshire Council to exercise powers contained within the Regulations to issue fixed penalty notices to users of vehicles that contravene or fail to comply with the provisions of The Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) Regulations 1986 in relation to offences specified in the Road Traffic (Vehicle Emission) (Fixed Penalty) (Scotland) Regulations 2003/212.

Elections will only take place for
Renfrewshire's active community councils, however, anyone who is interested in setting up a group in one of the four areas currently without representation should contact
Renfrewshire Council.

A clothing grant is a payment made by
Renfrewshire Council to qualifying parents or guardians to assist with the purchase of school uniforms.
