Location:3 miles southeast of Yakima off I-82.
Facilities:30 standard campsites, 37 utility campsites, 4 showers (é), picnic area, picnic shelters, kitchen shelter (with electricity), hiking trail, guided nature walks.
Activities:Camping, fishing, bird watching, hiking.
Special Features:Stocked ponds in the park are set aside for children's fishing only. Adults may fish the Yakima River. Old clay-pigeon traps may still be found in the park, remnants from the Yakima Sportsman Club, which created the park in 1940.
