Aircraft are encouraged to use standard instrument departures (SIDs) and standard terminal
arrival routes (STARs), but if unable to do so, the pilot should advise ATC immediately.
According to the route connection of the terminal area, the network of
arrival routes and departure routes is, respectively, drawn in Figures 4 and 5.
