The most suitable order was bismuth subnitrate, potassium iodide, drug, and then nitric acid to give most stability with higher sensitivity complex.
Bismuth subnitrate molecule contains five atoms of bismuth, so upon reaction with potassium iodide it gives five molecules of bismuth tetraiodide complex; after that the formed complex interacts with the studied drugs, which contain one site for the interaction, and gives the ion pair in the ratio (5: 1), but this is difficult practically; nonequimolar solutions method is used for determination of the molar ratio of the formed ion pair.
