In MEDLINE the terms "(
Chorionic villi) AND hypertension" and "(
Chorionic villi) AND diabetes" were used.
In addition to convoluted outlines of
chorionic villi, villous trophoblastic pseudoinclusions, and clusters of villous cytotrophoblasts, the previously unreported focal pseudovillous papilliform trophoblastic proliferation of the undersurface of the chorionic plate and clustering of perpendicularly oriented sclerotic

Placental
chorionic villi from maternal decidua, blood clots and mucus were dissected under a dissecting microscope into fragments a few millimetres in size.
Developing hypertension and preeclampsia is also more common in twins and multiple gestation because of the increased exposure to

Final diagnosis was based on the presence or absence of

There was no evidence of
chorionic villi on either specimen.,
The more advantage in use of
chorionic villi tissue is the early diagnosis on the embryo.
The results obtained with COLD-PCR were in complete concordance with those obtained for fetal DNA extracted from
chorionic villi (Fig.
The standard procedure that was used in this study was trans-abdominal aspiration of
chorionic villi through suction needle.
