interviewee from the East Coast similarly cited the environmental benefits of public transportation as a way to account for the value of public subsidies for transit: one way to justify continuing subsidies for transit agencies which rarely provide all of their own operational or capital expenses is to consider the value of the transit agency through the lens of general clean air measures and legislation.

In order to protect the
interviewees' identities, we have chosen to classify the selected interview excerpts by using increasing numbers according to three levels of care: Primary (doctor--1, doctor--2, nurse--3, social worker--4, administrative assistant--5, and administrative assistant--6); Secondary (doctor--7, social worker 8, nurse--9, nurse--10, nurse--11, administrative assistant--12, pharmacist--13, and doctor--14); and Tertiary (doctor--15, nurse--16, social worker--17, doctor 1 8, and social worker--19).
Evaluation is not completed with one question: several follow-up questions are asked based on how the interview situation unfolds, naturally revealing the
interviewee's ability to deal with spontaneous or complex situations.
This rude, arrogant, selfopinionated man should never be put in the position again where he is given carte-blanche to verbally abuse
