Plasma kinetics and uptake by the tumor of a cholesterol-rich microemulsion (LDE) associated to etoposide oleate in patients with ovarian carcinoma.
[17] have previously used [Ni.sub.2][(S[O.sub.4]).sub.3].[(N[H.sub.4]).sub.2][S.sub.2][O.sub.8] as catalytic to synthesis n-butyl oleate. They obtained the yield of esterification by more than 90% under the following conditions: temperature is 120 [degrees]C, time is 1.0 h, volume ratio of hydrogen and oil is 10.
For cholesterol accumulation, adherent macrophages were incubated at 37[degrees]C in 5% C[O.sub.2] for 18 hours with RPMI 1640 medium containing 5% fetal bovine serum (FBS) and 10 [micro]g/mL oxidized low-density lipoprotein (ox-LDL) in the presence of 0.1 mmol/L [[sup.3]H] oleate or 10 [micro]g/mL Dil-ox-LDL, which were added with/without 10 nmol/L teneligliptin (Te) ex vivo (a-k).
Hong et al.12 evaluated the efficacy of sclerotherapy with ethanolamine oleate in reactive vascular lesions.
(Nanjing Jingyu chemical), VO-5500 (Lantian chemical) (VO-5760, (Star Technology) the mass fraction was 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, with a solvent filled to 100% methyl oleate, the measurement of different types and dosage of emulsifier on the dispersible dumping influence and the suspension rate of oil suspension, the results (Table 3) found: using dispersant OF-3468 (Nanjing chyntec), chemical VO/01 (Rhodia), VO/02 ((Rhodia) as dispersant, the suspension rate increased with the increasing mass fraction of dosage, suspension rate of quality standard of not less than 90%; according to the influence of other indicators, comprehensive consideration, selection The type of emulsifier is OF-3468, the dosage is 20%.
We quantified 9 FAEE (ethyl laurate, ethyl myristate, ethyl linolenate, ethyl palmitoleate, ethyl arachidonate, ethyl linoleate, ethyl palmitate, ethyl oleate, and ethyl stearate), EtG, and EtS from a single 0.1-g meconium sample with a validated LC-MS/MS method (26).
Plasma [9,[10.sup.3]H]-oleate concentration was measured by extracting fatty acids from 0.5 mL of plasma in 3 mL of HCl-heptaneisopropanol (1 : 10 : 40) and counting the radioactivity of the organic phase with a liquid scintillation counter (model LS 6500; Beckman) while [sup.3][H.sub.2]O concentration, derived from [9,[10-.sup.3]H] oleate oxidation, was measured by counting the water phase.
