PhoneGap
A cross-platform development environment from Adobe that uses the same source code to generate hybrid mobile apps for multiple platforms (see hybrid mobile app). PhoneGap is based on the open source Cordova framework that Adobe donated to the Apache Software Foundation in 2011. Adobe has introduced additional PhoneGap products and services, including compiling in the cloud (PhoneGap Build) and enhanced tools (PhoneGap Enterprise).
