obturator, and internal iliac LNs were removed as previously reported [5,6].
She was referred to a general surgeon and underwent an MRI of the abdomen and pelvis that revealed a "partially enhancing well-circumscribed multilobulated heterogeneous right inferior pelvic neoplasm, contacting the posteroinferior aspect of the right
